Hiking the Cohos Trail

Hi, we're Adam & Biana (and a dog named Alex). We hiked the 162 mile Cohos Trail in New Hampshire. We left on August 6th and finished on August 22nd, 2009. Follow our adventure here.

- While hiking, Biana raised money for Samasource, an organization that helps small tech companies in poor and rural communities.

- In Our Hands Rescue assists needy animals anywhere. They rescued Alex (our doggy hiking buddy) from a kill shelter 2 years ago.

Instead of heading deep into the popular Presidential, Franconia, and Carter ranges, the Cohos Trail climbs only one peak in the Presidential Range, Mount Eisenhower. Satisfied, the trail then heads off to lesser-known points.
