Hiking the Cohos Trail

Hi, we're Adam & Biana (and a dog named Alex). We hiked the 162 mile Cohos Trail in New Hampshire. We left on August 6th and finished on August 22nd, 2009. Follow our adventure here.

On our hike, we encountered stretches of trail that were very overgrown. We sometimes hiked up to our necks in weeds and pricker bushes.
The Cohos Trail Association is raising money to purchase a tow-behind trail mower to help keep some of the old skidways and snowmobile trails utilized by the CT open and free of weeds, grasses and brush.
You can read about the trail mower campaign here and make a donation to The Cohos Trail Association here (there’s a PayPal button at the bottom of the page).
